Eco-Tent'zebo Rental Sites
This Tent'zebo site is a .75 acre private site over looking Katepwa Lake, with plenty of room for an extra tent or camper if desired. The rental also includes access to close to 100 acres of natural prairie / forest for you to enjoy at your leisure.
Each Tentzebo unit contains a heavy duty Kodiak 12' x 12' canvas tent featuring a queen bed (foam mattress) and two double foam mattresses for sleeping accommodations. Attached to the canvas tent is a 14’ x 24’ gazebo with a solid roof and screen and/or privacy curtains. The accommodation is completed with a private full bathroom including a camper flush toilet, shower, and sink (hot and cold water). The gazebo also houses a kitchen space with double sinks, patio furniture, a propane fire pit, and BBQ. All with beautiful views of the lake!
Each site is powered by the Sun! Bi-facial 1130w solar panels push the Sun's rays into four 100ah LifePo4 lithium batteries, then a 3000w inverter converts it from 24v to 120v. Lighting is provided at 24v to the Tent and Gazebo, with plenty of extra power for cell phone/tablet/device charging. Free wifi is included. Waste water from the shower and sinks is collected and used to water the surrounding forest/foliage.
Cottage Rental
Want something with A/C? We’ve got you covered! Enjoy your stay in a beautiful cottage with large attached screen room. This rental also includes access to close to 100 acres of natural prairie / forest for you to enjoy. Situated on a private 3 acre site, the Cottage has possibly the best view on the entire Lake! Master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, the second bedroom features bunk beds. Full kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and microwave. Full bath with shower/tub. And of course, a stunning view overlooking the lake. Don't be surprised if your morning coffee is spent observing a deer quietly grazing out front, or a Bald Eagle soaring overhead... or both!
Enjoy year round for your planned adventures, including a perfect location for snowmobilers in the winter months.. with direct lake access to the trail network through-out the Qu'appelle valley and surrounding areas. Plenty of power/space for extra tents or extra campers, perfect for a family reunion!
