Please note: as the resort is a family-friendly area featuring nature and serenity,  disruptive guests or guests not following policies may be evicted without notice and without refund. 

This is not a "party" facility. Due to the nature of tents, courtesy and volume levels are expected to ensure all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. To ensure a kid and family friendly environment, disrespectful and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Guests are required to leave the site in a clean state (all garbage disposed off, dishes washed, and surfaces wiped down).  In the event of excessive mess, a $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged.  In the event of damages to site, guest will be responsible for full cost of repairs

Pets are welcome to join with a $20.00/night pet fee.

All pets must remain on a leash at all times and not be left unattended in tent or gazebo areas.

Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.  Any damage to site facilities are the responsibility of the pet owner.

The site locations are a mecca for wildlife, so please ensure you adhere to the policies for the safety and well-being of your pet.

100% of the total cost is due upon time of booking. Credit Card payment will be available soon using the online booking system.  We also accept E-transfer payments to:

Cancellation Policy: 

Reservations cancelled more than 60 days in advance of the booking are refunded in full, minus a $40 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance of the booking are refunded at 50%. However, every effort will be made to try to fill the cancelled reservation, and if the cancelled reservation time can be filled by another guest (in its entirety), you will receive a full refund. Minus a $40 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled less than 30 days in advance of the booking are not refunded. However, every effort will be made to try to fill the cancelled reservation, and if the cancelled reservation time can be filled by another quest (in its entirety), we will refund the cancelled reservation amount fully. Minus a $40 cancellation fee.

In an effort to ensure everyone has an enjoyable and relaxing stay, our sites and accommodations are designed to have a capacity of 4 people.  

Tentzebo has a maximum capacity of 5 people (2 adults, 3 children). The Cabin has a maximum capacity of 6. Additional charges will be added after 4 persons per accommodation.   There is a $15.00/person/night charge for additional guests.

Being this is an outdoor camping experience,  no reimbursements will be given due to weather conditions/weather circumstances. The concrete floor in the gazebo side of the Tentzebo can get wet during rain, however the floor in the tent and bathroom stay dry. There will be insects, however we've provided a handheld vacuum to help with this ;). Gazebo screens/privacy curtains should be deployed before turning on the lights, to help keep flying insects out that may be attracted to the light.

Each guest will be required to sign a liability waiver. Due to the nature of the property, parents are required to keep tabs on what their children are up to during the stay.  Wildlife, beach/lake, and natural forest are part of the unique experience you will get here with your stay, but be aware that this is nature camping, and comes with certain risks/discomforts at times!

Beach and lake access areas are unsupervised with no lifeguards on duty, and are to be enjoyed at you, and your children's/family's own risk.

Although visitors are allowed to come visit during your stay, all visitors will be required to leave the property by 10 pm. To ensure a level of security, please provide us with the license plate number of the visitor vehicle prior to their arrival. If more than 2 people are coming to visit, permission will have to be granted in advance and may not be granted depending on number of guests using the facility at the time. This is to provide a safe environment for all using the property, and to prevent over crowding for paying guests.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited, and if deployed on WKSR property (or neighboring areas) will be dealt with harshly. Due to the natural forest, and recent prolonged drought cycles, all guests have a responsibility to ensure fireworks and any other unnecessary ignition sources are prevented from coming onto the property. Smoking is allowed, but please be careful while doing this. Dispose of butts responsibly. It is all of our responsibility to ensure a safe environment for all of us to enjoy! 

Fire suppression blankets, and fire extinguishers will be found around the property (near gathering sites and in/near accommodations). If ANY fire is spotted while visiting the property, please let us know immediately.

No fires are allowed outside of the propane fire pits provided. Propane is provided.

Glitter and confetti are prohibited. If used, additional cleaning charges will apply.

We have decided at this time to not charge a damage deposit to guests. However, you will be responsible for unusual or excessive damages incurred as a result of your stay. This may be in the form of additional cleaning charges, and/or charges as a result of damage to property.
